Information to the affected public
This website contains information for affected public that must be provided for by a B-category plant operator pursuant to Act No. 261/2002 Coll. on Major Industrial Accidents Prevention (ZPH) as amended and to Regulation No. 489/2002 Coll. implementing certain provisions of ZPH Prevention Act as amended.
In a way usual in particular location, the operator is obliged to inform the public that could be affected by major industrial accident resulting from its activities on the activity nature, possible risks and measures aimed to reduce the risks and on required behavior of the affected public in case of occurred ZPH.
