Kosice, Slovak Republic, August 16, 2004 - U. S. Steel Europe, announced today that it will raise prices of all flat rolled products by a minimum of EUR 40/ton for all shipments October 1, 2004 and later. This increase includes shipments from U. S. Steel Kosice, s.r.o. and U. S. Steel Serbia, d.o.o.
