On June 18 last year our colleagues in USSK's subsidiary companies celebrated their achievement of one and a half million employee-hours worked without injury. They have continued with this success in 2016 as well, reaching the same target on May 8. To mark the occasion, on Monday May 19 U. S. Steel Košice President Scott Buckiso invited nearly 200 employees from RMS, a. s. Košice, OBAL – SERVIS, a. s. Košice, U. S. Steel Services s. r. o., U. S. Steel Košice – Labortest s. r. o. and U. S. Steel Košice – SBS, s. r. o. to the ÚMD canteen for a working breakfast to acknowledge this success together.

This event was naturally also attended by Vice President Subsidiary Companies and External Services Elena Petrášková, General Manager Subsidiary Companies Jaroslav Mikláš, General Manager Occupational Safety and Hygiene and REACH USSK Mark T.
