Children's Day at the Zoo

A fairy-tale Children's Day was held on Sunday afternoon, May 30, 2010 at the Zoological Gardens at Kosice - Kavecany.

Program:
Miro Jaros, Denis Lacho and D.S. Studio appeared in the program. The children liked them very much, and also the fairy-tale characters well known from the Slovak bedtime stories: Snow White, Pat and Mat, Grandpa Bedtime-story, Matko and Kubko.
These figures were also patrons of 9 competitive stands where the children could try out not only their skills but also their knowledge The main prize, a mobile phone and a diploma for the most beautiful drawing on the theme of Children's Day at Kosice Zoo, was presented to the winner Nicolas Karicka during the program.
Fans of ice-hockey were pleased with autographs of the HC Kosice hockey players - champions of Slovakia in ice hockey in the 2009/2010 season.
