Product description

The radiator body is welded from two stampings, seam welded along the perimeter and spot welded at vertical flutes. Spacing of vertical channel axis is 33.33 mm. All types, except types 10 and 20 have an extended surface of transmission convector, welded at vertical channels of the bodies (this surface raises the heat output by 30%). Ventil-Kompakt (VK) radiators are delivered with a special set for bottom attachment and with a Heimeier valve insertion with adjustable k_v rates. The Ventil Kompakt (VK) radiators are supplied with connected on the right, on the left and middle connected.

Material

The panel radiators KORAD and convector are made of cold rolled steel sheets in accordance with STN EN 10130+A1 .

Heat outputs

The test laboratory of the Technical University in Stuttgart has measured the KORAD radiators according to EN 442. Data letters are registered by the German Institute for Standardization DIN CERTCO in Berlin.

Surface treatment

degreasing
basic phosphate coat
cataphoretic immersion painting
electrostatically applied powder paint as the finish layer, color RAL 9010.

Connecting thread

TYPE P 90 - 4 x G 1/2" - inner thread
TYPE Ventil-Kompakt - 2 x G 1/2" - inner thread for deaeration, 2 x G 1/2" inner thread, pitch 50 mm ± 0.5 mm for lower joint of radiator
joint pitch = construction height H - 54 mm.

Test pressure

1.3 MPa for the operating pressure 1.0 MPa.

Guarantee

6 years when used for appropriate purpose according to generally valid regulations.

Packaging

U-shaped protecting cardboard, plastic elements protecting edges, foil.

Accessories

Venting plug, blinding plug, brackets for radiator mounting. The accessories must be ordered separately.
