There are adjectives in English (and in Slovak of course) which change their meaning depending on the preposition following them. If you are pleased with someone, they have made you happy by satisfying your expectations.

Watch out for English words with two syllables which can be used as nouns (things) or verbs (actions). There is a group of these words like “record” which change their pronunciation depending on their use.
