General
All cold rolled products are produced utilizing modern steel making practices to insure that superior chemical composition and products quality are achieved. The fully killed steels are 100 % continuously cast into steel slabs then processed on our hot strip mill.
Cold rolled products are further rolled on modern 4-stand or 5-stand mills utilizing the best rolling practices to produce uniform material structure, exact dimensional characteristic, and a high quality surface. Cold rolled products are subsequently annealed and lightly re-rolled.
Cold rolled products supplies as:
a) coils
b) sheets
c) strips
Quality control system in accordance with international standard ISO 9001, issued by TÜV CERT has been implemented as an effective instrument of high quality production and products.
Cold rolled products are classified into grades according to their chemical composition and mechanical properties.
