At a meeting of research teams in the IT department on Thursday of last week, August 8, the names of the best projects from the first quarter of 2019 were announced, as well as the names of the members in the winning teams. First place was taken by the RPA Creation team in Slovakia with their project aiming to automate repetitive processes at U. S. Steel Košice, consisting of Radovan Kobularčík, Kamil Tarhovický, Jozef Adamkovič, Roland Hadžega, Marcel Furdanič, Jozef Bumbera, Lubomír Račko, Vladimír Kancír, Bibiána Perátová, Danka Bartoková, Peter Živčák and Jozef Kaduk. Second place went to the project entitled Optimization of Truck Movement in USSK eliminating virtual fire protection doors, and the third-placed project was Improvement, Simplification and Professionalization of the Requisitioning Process.
