116 people participated in the fourth, penultimate round of the Fit Facts with Sylvia competition. The author of the column, Sylvia Hušková , focused on sore knees, a problem that bothers many of us.

This was also confirmed by 64 survey participants, who answered positively when asked if they ever had to seek professional help due to a sore knee. On the contrary, the lucky 52 participants of the poll did not and do not have a problem with their knees.

Today we drew three to whom we will hand over the prizes on Wednesday. In addition to bags and towels suitable for the fitness center, they will also receive aids for maintaining balance, the so-called balance boards. They are: Mária Duláková, Ján Novák and Daniela Jakubéczyová.

The last, fifth round of the competition will be published on February 13.
