USSK has been running a successful digital manufacturing program for several years implementing solutions using artificial intelligence, drones or robots in many areas across our diverse operations.
We want to take our program to the next level and have recently created a Digital Office to spearhead our digital portfolio.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our newly established Digital Office. You will play a pivotal role in driving our digital and AI transformation initiatives, managing a portfolio of exciting projects that modernize our steel mill operations and unlock significant business value.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital and AI roadmap for U. S. Steel Kosice aligned with the strategic objectives of the company and the corporation
• Partner with business stakeholders to define digital and AI roadmaps, goals, scope, and timelines for their individual areas
• Lead the identification and prioritization, and monitor execution of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to identify new opportunities
• Monitor portfolio performance, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the digital office and across the organization.

Ďalšie požiadavky / Additional requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing digital/analytics/ai and/or business transformation programs, consulting background is a plus
• Master's degree in business administration, computer science/IT, or related field (data science, engineering, etc)
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex digital projects from initiation to completion.
• Proficiency in English, other languages are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools and software a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably within the steel industry, is a plus

Navrhovaný plat / Proposed salary:

€3,000.00 monthly

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 3000 € /brutto.
