U.S. Steel Košice (USSK) is the largest integrated steel producer in Central Europe delivering steel to customers in industries such as automotive, home appliance manufacturing, construction.
USSK has been running a successful digital manufacturing program for several years implementing solutions using artificial intelligence, drones or robots in many areas across our diverse operations.
We want to take our program to the next level and have recently created a Digital Office to spearhead our digital portfolio.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Analyst to join our newly established Digital Office. You will play a crucial role in our Digital/Analytics/AI journey by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving our digital and AI transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to business objectives.
• Scout for ideas and partnerships in the wider ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into potential Digital/Analytics/AI projects.
• Create compelling business cases for digital projects, outlining potential benefits, ROI, and implementation strategies.
• Prepare projects for implementation and monitor performance.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the digital office and across the organization.

Ďalšie požiadavky / Additional requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing digital/analytics/ai and/or business transformation projects, consulting background is a plus
• Master's degree in business administration, computer science/IT, or related field (mathematics, data science, engineering, etc).
• Proficiency in English, other languages are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, Python coding skills a plus
• Understanding of digital/analytics/ai technologies and use cases
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis and modeling a plus.
• Experience in the manufacturing or steel industry a plus.

2 000,00 €

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2000 € /brutto.
